This webcam in Ukraine overlooks The City Palace of Culture (or City Hall of Culture) in Sievierodonetsk (Сєвєродоне́цьк).

The Eastern Ukrainian city is on the left bank of the Donets River in Luhansk Oblast (Луганська область), about 19 km (ca. 12 miles) from the Russian border (Donbass region).
Every city’s corner is steeped in culture. In addition to the City Palace of Culture (captured by our webcam in Luhansk), a building built in 1963 to house small theater and dance companies, there is The Chemists' Palace of Culture. Extremely charming is the city center. On Friendship of Nations Boulevard, you will find the Appellate Court of Luhansk Oblast. Tourists can find the Luhansk Oblast Academic Ukrainian Music and Drama Theater on the north side.
