15:39 good morning to all. Wisconsin Pam you are too funny. I am not an authority on elephants by any means, maybe Michael or Alan can jump in on loner elephants. I see a single elephant every now and then, one only has 1 tusk so I know that one! But one seems to come around midnight almost every night, just wander around and leaves. I guess after seeing so many groups in the past, it just struck me as unusual. Don't know if it is the same one or not-needs a sign on it or something!

I meant loud noises from geese, not load. Of course maybe the geese are loaded! Happy hour for poultry!.

Deborah, aren't all mature male elephants loners?
Here we haven't gotten the shots yet. I'm in my early 70's too. I'm ready to roll up my sleeve.
Nothing except some load geese; no elephants, though I think I see Henry's back just above the water in the big pond.

23:47 the resident midnight elephant. He just comes through slowly, wanders a bit and leaves. Sad for him to be always alone.

Hi Anne. Good to hear from you. I took a picture picture of Henry earlier when he came out. He doesn't seem to come too the small pond anymore so we can't get a close up of him. I'm doing Ok. We have to take self tests every 3 days and I had my first vaccine a week ago. Have you had your yet? Take care

Waterbuck males have horns but the females dont. So if you see waterbucks with small horns they are young males.
