St. Philip church is in Ħaż-Żebbuġ not Żebbuġ. The other Żebbuġ village in Gozo is called Iż-Żebbuġ. Just for correctness sake
Both clocks work. The one on the right shows the present time, while the one on the left shows the day of the month and the day.
The clock is fake to confuse the devil when he arrives to interrupt the service according to legends.
the clock on the left is fake
Two clocks showing two different times...lol
Watching this from New Zealand. Its fantastic watching all these webcams from anywhere in the world.
Very disappointing that none of the fireworks ended up being visible on this cam."Pyro Rhapsody" which took place from 21:45-23:15 whilst the St.Philip Band was playing could not be seen. Then the ground fireworks took place from midnight-01:30 and most of them were not visible. The ones that were could not be seen anyway due to all the smoke and sparks. Well at least this cam has sound so it was lovely to hear the St.Philip's Band play for 90 minutes!
Love you Malta !!!!
Hi Vicky; It's great we can watch these camera's at the same time from all corners of the world - makes our viewing even more special - i'm watching from the U.K. We've some friends stopping near us from Australia.
Looks like preparations are underway for tonight's fireworks...would love to stay up and watch but it will be early hours in the morning in Australia.
