Jim, some parts are still ok, but I know exactly what you mean. The actual Capitol has some great sights, but unfortunately it is some human beings that spoil it for the rest of us, so let us continue to enjoy some fabulous cams around the world. Have a good day my friend.
Cheers Derek05 paying any amount would be better than going into London these days I have watched our capital decline over the past 60 or so years, you couldn't get me to go there now even for a FREE all inclusive city break
Jim, coffee in this area costs around the same price as a 3 bedroomed semi detached in North London, but its very good coffee !!!
Thank you Self Service Al Ponte di Rialto Bridge for hosting this great view! It's a bit of cheek to set up a coffee maker in the tourist center of Venice. You don't want to buy anything, including beverage's, most human's can go at least 3 hours without. (babies excluded ofc). I have only been to Rome and it was in late October. I loved it and not crowded at all. After watching these cams, Venice looks very romantic, foggy sometimes and also way less crowded, in the fall/winter.
So what is the average cost of a latte in this area ?
You must be careful in VENICE!!! otherwise you must pay much money.......YEAHHHH.........MAKE PHOTOS COME ON!!!!!!
*can't help feeling etc
OK rules are rules, and it's true they weren't just sipping a takeaway latte, and their coffee-making paraphernalia was strewn along a step. But...950 euros? Can't help that's a disproportionate response to their 'crime'. It's not like they were drunken louts or anything.
Yeahhh make photos come on................oh my God there are many tourists in VENICE!!
They were actually brewing some coffee on a portable stove. As you say with the eye watering prices I can see why they did it, but the size of the fine will send a clear message that it won’t be tolerated!
You mean they were just drinking coffee!? Did they decide not to pay extortionate price at a cafe and had a take away....?
Venice: Two German tourists were expelled for coffee at the Rialto Bridge The offenders were fined 950 euros and then invited to leave the city, under the new ordinances of the municipal government.
onjour la Webcam sur le grand canal de Venise a disparue pensez vous la remettreil en est de même pour le port de Gozo a Malte
I think there may be one 'gondoliera' James - not exactly gender equality!
Interesting that it goes from father to son to row the gondola. So the daughter's are not good enough! Bit of sexist stuff here.
