    Good morning Audrey
In Europe the climate is very marked, or winter very cold, or very hot in summer let's say extreme weather conditions. Here in Chile for its length about 5,000 kms and very narrow, we have diversity in climates and landscapes, but Arica enjoys a paradisiacal climate all year round, not so the rest of Chile that is changing the climatic conditions according to the landscape.
The truth sometimes heat also tires, and you just have to refresh!
But the condition of your climate is wild for me !, I remember when I was a girl, about 6 years old, I lived in another city from here north but near the mountain range and there, if it was too cold, going down by minus 0 degrees .the water was freezing.
The water you put on the birds will have to wait for the sun to melt a little.
Enjoy the rest of the week and have nice days and take care Audrey.

Hi Mick & Patti, it's not exactly warm here, in fact it's another night of -10 or -11 I hear. There is actually an open air swimming pool not too far away but I should think not many will be using it!
Patti do you ever get fed up of your heat? We have such a varied climate in the UK so I guess we never get bored. The great British talking point is always the weather - if you meet someone in the street it's nearly always the weather.
Today has been beautiful where I am, glorious sunshine and clear blue sky but the water I put out for the birds to drink was constantly freezing over. You won't have that problem where you live.

but we are feeling instants telluric movements of magnitude 5 ... or think of a stronger one.
I want some snowflakes, to refresh here!))))
    Enjoy your winte

Audrey if you could spare some warmth it would be much appreciated. I noticed the other day there were a couple of people swimming in the man made pool, the first time I'd seen that. Can you imagine yourself or me where we are going outside for a swim?? Enjoy your evening.

I think down where you are in the snowy south you probably could do with more warmth, it's very cold where I am but we haven't any snow at the moment, maybe the Pennine chain are sheltering us.
My screen is frozen so I can't see any movement on the sea.

Hello Patti, Mick! / delete, delete / I delete, so there is no tiredness ;)
The weather is crazy. Snow falls all over Europe. Even in England where my son is a driver in Bristol, she complains too. It was cold so far, tomorrow's warm front comes from Africa with 18 degrees. It's almost summer as in the Arica.
I wish you a nice week and a successful choice!
