    Tilt camera slightly up and to the right and there would be no need for pixelation.Would see a little of the promenade which usually has a steady stream of people

    Do you not think the construction company didn,t know what they were doing? The apartment block opposite Paradise Park,( Los Cristianos) had a similiar problem, (allegedly) the whole building had to be reinforced on all the main pillars, and that was closed for years. I believe it was built as a timeshare complex, and again (allegedly) people lost money.
