Thanks both. I have now located that image and it clearly shows what is happening. Still plenty for us to look forward to over the coming months.

Hi DaveS, Thanks for the info, yes I realised after the second attemp to post the link that it was probably what was wrong, at least I think we are all looking at the same site now.

You get booted if you try to post a link, has happened to me before, that's why i said use Infrastructure Malta site. Plans and live coverage of the work in Marsa. Available by all good search engines.

Hi Glyn, I've tried to add some information for you but I must have either upset someone or contravened a regulation because it has been removed twice, I think it was a link that was the problem but suffice it to say that there is a computer generated photo on a web site that does show the walkway across the carriageways and car park.

Hi guys, this probably make matters less clear, but the plan I am looking at from the Infrastructure Malta site would appear to show this as one end of the high level walkway going across all the carriageways, from this tower and finishing where the plant hire business was / is, located, near to the Dedon building and the electrical retailing outlets. It also shows two parking area’s. 1 in front of the ONE Television Centre, and 1 adjacent to Addolorata cemetery.

Kevin. Yes I've seen that but we really need the other two plans!

Hi Glyn, if you go to the JCR Furniture cam and look at Photos there is a roadworks project plan dated February 2017. They were still pouring concrete this morning.

Hi Glyn, I've just looked at the Marsa road project layout, to be honest I can't work out which way up it is compared to the camera view but I can't see a building like the one we're looking at on the layout nor can I see a walkway over the roads. I'm still confused, but at least the concrete continues to be poured so maybe it won't be long before it all comes together, I read somewhere that the project was supposed to be completed this summer although Covid-19 will have pushed that back by a few months.

Hi Kevin. I'm not convinced that this is the new road! I think it may be the promised Park & Ride area. I wish we had access to a ground plan of the whole project!

Hi Glyn. thanks for the info pointing me to the Infrastructure Malta cameras, very interesting, I see what you mean about the other wall but I'm still not sure about a walkway. My other thought is that if the roads are due to open soon shouldn't the walkway be in place by now. I guess we'll find out in due course.

Hi Kevin. This has intrigued me for sometime. The Infrastructure Malta's own webcams give an alternative view of the roadworks. The retaining wall now just visible is quite high which suggests the final road level may well be higher than present.

Hi Peter, I'm not sure what it's going to be but it looks a bit high for a walkway when you compare it with the highest lorries going by on either side, and looking at where the roads are going to be it seems to be in the middle without any access to it. I guess we will have to be patient. It's unfortunate that the 2 cameras at JCR Furniture are off, have they closed?

Hi Hazel, I hope it's straight and just the effect of the camera angle that makes it look as if it's leaning.
