Think the below will answer question of the new building Planning Application of July 2015 for the site was made to:- The upgrading of the existing hotel beach facilities and with extensions to dive centre. The restaurant, snack bar and outdoor lounge area/bbq area to be upgraded. The planning application is viewable on the planning authority website. This looks like the result of that application that was granted. Last time I walked past in April I can’t remember seeing any building activity. So was completed quickly.

Wow!!! Thank you Paradise Bay Resort Hotel for this fantastic camera, it's been off so long I'd forgotten just how great the view from it was and now with the forth ferry it will be even better.

Joulin yes the camera is broken for now it will soon be back on tho' they will all need a clean after the storm salt spray and Saharan sand doesn't half make a mess.gan canny
