18.07.19. Well - cams moved again! Prefer this view!
Have googled translated Sarah’s post: “In October 2018 I was staying here, I love this hotel and the view of the bay. I will be here again this year, but in another hotel because Gillier is busy. I am looking forward to and greetings from the Czech Republic”.
V říjnu 2018 jsem zde byla ubytovaná, miluji tento hotel i pohled na zátoku. Letos zde budu opět, ale v jiném hotelu, protože Gillieru je obsazený. Moc se těším a zdravím z České republiky.
PMM. yes you are correct on that assumption the camera shows more of the pool and hotel than it did yesterday. diven't get upset aboot it tho' Gan canny.
Nice cam!!Thanx you Skyline.
Going by the pictures , you would be right PMM.
Hi DJB - nice to read a comment from you. I’m sure this cam has been tweaked more to the left since it first came online or am I going mad?!
I haven't been on for a few weeks and yet another camera from Gillieru ,many thanks as I have stayed in the Bugibba area and quite often stroll along this stretch.gan canny.
Thanks again to the Gillieru for this superb view of the bay. Their pool has an excellent location, with unimpeded sea views and, of course, a handy snack bar for the lunches and cool drinks. The pool water is certainly "refreshing" - used to take my wife about 20 minutes to get in, toe by toe down the steps. Many happy times spent there, reading, swimming and relaxing with friends. Relieved the stress of driving the hire car around Malta!
Wow! The Gillieru, my favourite hotel at this end of the island to stay in. That pool was so cold getting into but once in, very nice. The boat painters below the hotel were interesting to watch as well as the people that took their horses into the sea here to swim along the breakwater. Saw my first seal here, but it is was only a diver in a wet suit! Is the pizza place and that lovely intimate restaurant still across the road? My friends got married in the church across the road. Lovely wedding. Will be back as well. Cheers from the UK, Cisk!
