8:45 on a lovely Saturday morning and not a soul in sight. Seems odd. What a gorgeous location. Top of the world. Love this camera! Thanks, Skyline!

The Speikboden-Team wrote me, there are some technical problems with the cam so they wrapped it with the bag

Hello Sharron Reynolds! Those poles on the edge of the road are only signal, high in 1-2 meters in snow. They indicate where the road is going.
This Sonnklarhütte is a true patriot hütte. It is painted in Austrian national colors in Italy, South Tyrol. Long ago we were one country the Austro-Hungarian Empire,South Tyrol was part of Austria. After the WWI they took and given to Italy.
That practice is dated now, in Europe the borders have disappeared.
Danke für das Panorama und Glückwunsch zu dieser wunderschönen Hütte, von Budapest, Ungarn!

Big deal - those yellow and black poles on the edge of the road - not much protection.
