Formerly used to store fishermen tools, the old warehouses are now nightclubs and bars where tourists can enjoy the local cuisine. The harbor hosts many significant summer events, such as the Fish and Wine Festival and the Night of the Corsairs, which re-enacts the Aegean pirates' conquest of Naoussa.

Paros is one of the most amazing tourist islands in the Cyclades. It is about 3.5 hours from the port of Piraeus and 40 minutes by plane from Athens. Every summer it attracts thousands of visitors. In Paros there are beautiful beaches, attractions, monuments as well as many shops for shopping, delicacies and walks in the narrow and picturesque alleys.
Naoussa is the second most populous town in Paros. Naoussa was formed around the homonymous port during the Byzantine period. There are always fishermen in the port since Naoussa is one of the largest fishing villages in Greece. The port is flooded with people every day. The interior of Naoussa is shaped by whitewashed narrow streets, according to the traditional Cycladic style. Its constant connection with the rest of the island, either by taxi or by bus, gives the visitor great comfort in travel. One of the most important archeological sites is the site 'Koukounaries' in the area of Kolymbithres. A Mycenaean palace from 1200 BC was discovered there, which was considered the most important of Cyclades. This palace is said to have been destroyed by fire.
Finally from the wine bar Koukos you can enjoy a riveting view of the port and the bay of Naoussa of Paros!
