the nikolaus was away for a few weeks being fitted with a passenger bridge.what they are doing with the crane at it’s usual mooring i couldn’t tell, on my way to gozo yesterday, but my curiosity about the nik was satisfied. quite primitivecompared to the regular 3. sent up a 45’ ramp then a 3 point turn as it’s muchnarrower than melita etc, then the same to disembark... gaudos back - luxury!
.That is some big crane.
