    Yes it is immediately above the ground floor of the hotel I think. The hotel has many floors and lower down they seem to be split floor levels so as a guess it is the ground floo

    Hi Ned, This is the quiet pool at the TUI hotel Los Gigantes. The lido I believe is closed permantly

    At the bottom of this image is what looks like a rooftop pool with sunbeds all around. Where is this please?

    Just back from here . Lots of roadworks on the road to marina and a notice on the door of the Lido saying it was closed permanently in Feb .

    Hi Peter, I don't have a weather option on my screen so can't help you there, but you can tell if the webcam you are looking at is live by checking the date and time in the bottom right hand corner of the picture. If it is not then press the refresh symbol next to the web address.

    I'm new to the site! Am looking at Los Gigantes, Tenerife. When I look at "Weather" the headings are "Today"," Friday", "Saturday", as if today is Thursday. Am I looking at today (Saturday)? Help please!
