    @ Aphrodite M Wirtz
They are goat-fish. Called surmullet in the mediterranean and other places; or red mullet if they live in deeper water. Delicious when cooked.

Anyone know the name of the bottom-feeding fish with the whisker-like appendages? They are funny to watch.

    @ Jayne
They don't edit photos over the weekend. You will have to wait until Monday morning to see if yours has been approved.

I took a great shot of a shark awhile ago, but for some reason I don't see it in the photos

Brown strand dangling in front of the camera and the small black fish darting about reminds me of wholemeal spaghetti and black olives... Reckon a side effect of the UK lock down....

lts fantastic to watch l so agree Aphrodite , when the world is a such a sad place at the moment, l love to just sit and watch this cam, its so very relaxing and calming. l saw the shark briefly, and yes he (or she) was so fast , yet again too late to take a photo. The eel was fantastic to see tho ! :))

JoyJoy, yes it was too fast for a photo. The shark appeared several times but I too was unable to a pic in time. This cam is so relaxing to watch.

Hi everyone. I got a glimpse of a transparent eel larva swimming along like a ribbon.

Hey Jayne and Trish, yeah same here. Great site this one Jayne, in the uk and all going through the same stuff. Missed the sea snake but I did see it and think it was a Murray eel but who knows what it was. Looked very eel like to me.

Hello everyone. I've been watching this site for a while and finally decided to sigh up, I just love this site. I saw a sea snake and a stingray a little while ago, but couldn't take a photo, because I wasn't a member. I'm in New Jersey in the USA on lock down like everybody else. Jayne Stay safe everyone

Yes, the sharks have not been so active tonight. Unlike us they are free to go where they like, when they like!

Does anyone else agree that the shark activity today has been quieter than previous days?
