That was quick webcam, back to normal
Oh dear the camera has fallen down, though its a nice view of the river.
What a superb cam. As it pans, it shows a lot of Pisa. And when it zooms in on the Leaning Tower..... plus the image is super sharp.
Pisa is a great day trip from any of the areas north of Rome. The Leaning Tower grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is so much more on the tower grounds than just the tower, the Baptistry and the church are wonderful.
It looks less polluted
Very nice views of the city of Pisa, I am impressed with the quality of the views. Nice and clear! Happy New Year!
It must be rather windy in Pisa as the camera is jumping around a bit. Beautiful city in a wonderful country.
Monday morning and its raining in Pisa .
19/20feb19--Thanks to Municipality of Pisa for hosting this 'live-cam'. __J Murray , A dramatic view for sure. Viewing the tower from this direction , one is hard pressed even to notice a lean or a tilt as that lean is in this direction. The direction the 'live-cam' views the tower. The Pisa Baptistery of St. John , Pisa Cathedral, and Leaning Tower of Pisa are a must see if visiting Pisa. When tourists enter this complex the tower exhibits the lean at its extreme. Extraordinary! Even before completion of the tower, the lean was noticed by the builders and measures were taken to correct the lean, that turned out to be useless. Those measures can be witnessed still. My first tourist visit to the complex was in the early 70's. Invested as I was, I've read and viewed hours and hours of the documentation about the corrective procedures through the years. Fantastic results so far. EnJoy EnJoy
So dramatic when the camera suddenly scans in to the Tower of Pisa - love it!
It's moving again!
Whats wrong with camera.Still not moving
Looks like the camera is stuck, can someone move it please?
No no. The towers's not leaning. The Earth is crooked. ;-)
The famous leaning tower no longer leans any further thanks to engineers from Britain and millions of Euros. The tower has had extensive work untertaken to the foundation so it wil last another 1000 years without falling over.
