The sea looks so inviting.
So sad to hear of the wildfires spreading in Gran Canaria, now visible from space. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the safety of the brave firefighters x
This used to be the view from my window back in 1998 when I worked at Anfi and lived in Patalavaca. There are definitely worse ways to wake up every day and looking at your workplace !
Hurrah, it's back! Thank you Skyline!!
The weather link is wrong for this cam. It appears to give the weather for the capital Las Palmas. That is much cooler currently @4.30pm 8th April 2018 14 degrees but people are in the sea in Patalavaca and phone app weather tells me it is 20 degrees there.
looks back to normal now, guess there has been lots of high tides this past few weeks.
Should have said "sand" not sound.
They building another man-made beach nearby? You can see the sound clouding the ocean.
did the recent storms damage the beach?
Just got back from 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year, stayed nearby here in Puerto Mogan and got the boat to Anfi (seen in the background), walked to this beach and ate at the Sagitario restaurant that overlooks the beach. Excellent food, would highly recommend it. Now back to reality :-(
This great camera is the most southern one in Gran Canaria and is the closest camera to Maspalomas and explains why the temperature is higher than the cameras in the north of the island.
4jan18-- A Thank You to our host, Info Canarie, for sponsoring this 'live cam' view of the Anfi del Mar Beach in Gran Canaria, Patalavaca, spectacular.
