Lots of activity around the crater last night 11.07.2020 and continual smallish eruptions and lava streams- cannot understand why people were walking up to the crater this morning and also saw cylists speeding down the track from the volcano. Last nights eruptions and lava flow were quite substantial as can be seen also, on the mascalucia webcam

Hey Barbara Lester! just before it darkened there, I could see lots of snow still on the ground. Mt. Stromboli is as fickle as she can be. LOL

Hey Penny Allen, I just woke up and having coffee. I couldn't sleep and that was how I happened to see Etna had enough of "stay at home" and blew up. LOL Have a great day. PS... looks like Etna continues to erupt.

Strange that my comment concurring with @James and saying it was like a "peep show" got censored and deleted. Rather offensive and too big brotherish, me thinks. Still, some good shows from Etna of late.

Two stripes of snow on the cam makes it look as though you're peering through blinds. Etna giving dark redy/brown plumes.
