I'm sorry--I'm trying to contact the Debbie who posted to this site. Or if anyone else has ancestors from Teggiano, please contact me: dWCdART@cinci.rr.com
On a more personal note, I'd like to get in touch with the person who posted this; they said they had relatives from there--and so do I (Di Zio/DeZego). I think we are related--and I'd like to learn more about your family line. Please forward or contact me: dWCdART@cinci.rr.com
27dec17-- A Thank You to our host for sponsoring this 'live cam' view of San Cono Square, Teggiano, ancient medieval hamlet, wonderful.
Thank you for fixing the sound. Love the bells chiming the time!
There's something wrong with the sound on this webcam, just a very loud buzzing that freaks out my dogs if I've forgotten to activate the "mute" button. View is still great, as always.
A visit to Teggiano is number one on my bucket list. Such a beautiful village. It is the birthplace of my great-great grandparents, Cono Antonio Moreno and Raffaela Manzolillo Moreno. Wish there was sound and more cameras with more views!
Hi everybody. I think it would be a good initative if people like you and me upload pictures/ screen shots of events and special occasions which get streamed on this camera. By doing so, people who had not the privilege of seeing the real event, can at least watch the pictures found on the 'Photos' section.
Enjoying the music on a lovely Wednesday summer evening! Colored lights on the building in the center right past the monument, couples walking hand in hand, children playing. The bells just struck midnight and they're still enjoying the balmy evening, 22/70 degrees. Sigh. Wish I was there!
That sounds wonderful LSB u are very lucky to have visited this beautiful town
Visiting Italy, my husband and I stopped in Teggiano because of this webcam. What an amazing hill town! It's now one of our favorite places in Italy. The town is so beautiful with 360 degree views of the surrounding valleys and hills. Walking the town was like walking a movie set with ancient buildings, churches, a castle. The people were so nice. They knew we were tourist and took the time to stop and say Buona Sera to us or wanted to know where we were from. We stayed in a hotel right at the beginning of the town with parking - Hotel Antichi Feudi Dimora d'Epoca. You have to stay here in a room with a balcony - a memorizing view.....really! Then ate at a family restaurant - Nationale on the main square. The son is the cook and made one of the best pasta dishes we've had in Italy. Thank you Skyline and Banca Monte Puno for this webcam. Would have never discovered this gem in southern Italy. Already thinking how to return.
The beautiful little town is waking up ..so love to see the people going about their daily life
Another beautiful scene and a beautiful scene with sound-perfect x
Camera angle has been turned back. Still very nice view.
