3feb19--Not stray dogs, the artist's family has several pets and the animals roam freely. Fog, yes, you should read a little about this location. Snow? Extremely doubtful. EnJoy EnJoy

23feb18--Shauna, I only meant it would have been great for you to have uploaded a 'photos' into this feeds library. To share with everybody what you saw. I was viewing Cusco, Peru feed a couple month ago and it was snowing, the first time it had snowed in that city ( iirc ) in 106 years. EnJoy EnJoy

13feb18--Shauna, :-( no 'photos' of the snow. I was viewing as it got dark last evening and did not see the snow but when the ground is warm snow does not last long, plus this morning 7am no snow. The elevation here ( 3000 meters iirc ) means temperatures can be low enough for snow but it is very uncommon. Within sight from Quito snow topped volcanoes can be seen. EnJoy EnJoy _Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

It's snowing in Ecuador 2\12, can't remember if it snowed last year here but seems odd to me.
