    windy today, just back from 2 weeks in Le Meridien, a fine Hotel that is due to close end of this month, alterations and being taken over by Marriot chain, re-opens July, will be back for my 44th visit prior to that. Air show ? hope its back next year.

    @Tim, Re:underwatercam; All of that cam setup was destroyed by the waves in a fierce storm. The sponsoring/maintaining divers expressed the intent to restore operation of a replacement installation as soon as it's economical and practical possible.

    I contacted Syline re. the offline webcams. Their response was "all the mentioned cams will be reinstated, also considering other points of view, we can't at the moment tell you the exact waiting times since they don't depend on us but we are working on."

    I remember feeling ill on the roundabout that was part oa previous incarnation of this play area. There was also one of those multi-person beam swings, connected by rods not chains. The plan was always to get it to swing past the vertical ;-)
