Out there a week on Tuesday, staying in the old town....5 weeks of bliss away from cold Cumbria.
Tricia Fleming, The sand sculptures i believe were removed by the local council, as for the rest of your negative comments please feel free to holiday in skegness, blackpool, margate etc, Benidorm is the marmite of holiday destinations love it or hate it, i happen to love it especially the rincon area the tropiacl bar and rock and roll bar are excellent.
I used to so love Benidorm, twice a year for 15 years, sorry to say that was my last time for a good few years, so much changes, stag and hen parties taking over, no more family holidays as its frightening to be walking the streets at night because of these loud drunken parties. The streets are filthy no one bothering to wash them, the stink when you walk along in the mornings is horrendous. The beach was always very welcoming, beautiful sand sculptures to look at!!!now they have all gone. A few good bars have also closed or new owners have taken over and they are not the same. So sad to see this place getting ruined by large parties of drunken people.
7 days to go, hope weather is as sunny and hot as October/November can offer :)
Watching for my brother, he moved to La Cala (over the hill in the distance) last week. Looking forward to visiting him soon.
The daily exercise routine is on the man on his own to the right of the picture makes me laugh he looks like he is going into some big fight bless him
Enjoy your holiday John, another 9 weeks to wait for me
