There's b een a lot of police activity on fanabe beach this week, in February we were walking home and 4 youths got out of a car and blatantly tried to po pocket a couple yards in front of us, the cheek of it my husband shouted at them and they fled! Be careful everyone, hope they are not there the week after next when we go back.

The yellow sky/air is from dust from the deserts in Africa. All the Tenerife cams have a yellow tinge.

Its not fog, it is sand and it is called a Calima. It happens quite regularly on Tenerife and it is usually accompanied by higher than normal temperatures.

Most of times its spring time temperatures on the islands.never cold. The H10 is a good choice, i had a suite 2 years ago. Nice hotel. but no wifi in the rooms. Breakfast on the terrace, great. Best beach choice is the playa del Duque. Nearby, and with a little shopping mall. I suppose you have a real good time there. Enjoy it.

I will be going to Tenerife for the first time on the 8th of April for a week. What sort of weather can i expect? Will it be sunbathing temperatures? Should I be packing warm clothes too? Staying at the H10 Adeje palace. Trying to work out which are the nicest beaches close by.
