Otoño y aguas cálidas, muchos bañistas disfrutando de un gran día lleno de sol!.
Been there, love the place to chill out and relax, but just wondering if anybody knows why the 3rd WebCam, the 'Weather Cam' showing the breakwater and Red Mountain, isn't in the local lists anymore..Can be found in the 'All Cams in Spain', just not under the 'close by cams' listing..Chilly in the UK....
Someone who knows about the webcam has been busy.

For those of you who are lucky enough to be in Tenerife this weekend Saturday 23rd June marks St Johns Day with fires and parties on many beaches. Particularly popular are the ones held in El Médano, Los Cristianos, and Fañabe in the south, but one of the most spectacular will no doubt again be the west coast celebration at the fiesta’s namesake beach of Playa San Juan. If you are near one of these beach parties, you will see the clear pagan origins of the midsummer rite with people leaping over the flames three times, a purification ritual to burn away sins and misfortunes, and so bring good luck for the next year. Thanks to Janet Anscombe In Tenerife for this information.
