Hola Bryan,Welcome back. I agree with you in the order of cities 100%. The advantage with Granada is weather, closeness to the beaches and other beautiful cities such as Sevilla and Cordoba. Cost of living is better than Madrid as you know but I love Madrid and all it has to offer. Health care in Granada may be a problem but I need to look into that this summer.
Hola William. Interesting your thoughts on Spain. I have always loved Andalucia ever since my first visit way back in the 60's. Being so accessible from the UK have been many times. Usually spend a week away just before Xmas either in Spain or Cannes. My wife and I were discussing the subject of best city on the plane coming home and our thoughts, from our experiences, put Granada firmly at the top of our list of Spanish cities, Madrid second, Sevilla third.
Hi Bryan. Glad you had a great time. Wife and I will go this summer looking at retirement. Best of both worlds I hope here in Florida and of course in Spain either Madrid or Granada. Love Andalucia!! Granada has the edge so far. Have to get papers in order with the consulate here.
How nice to see everybody here. Bloody place was all closed up and cordoned off when we visited earlier this week.
Many thanks for the comment William. Returned from Sevilla yesterday. Wonderful time. Cannot believe how much the city has changed in the thirteen years since we last visited. Had to join in the evening sessions despite it being a bit frio. Tapas and vino. Back to reality now though.
Hope your trip is going well Bryan!
Nice comment William. Will be there this time next week to join in the fun. Love the lifestyle.
Love this even though a little "frio" the people are outside at midnight enjoying a drink! Viva Espana!

Ooh, thanks for the report, Peter! Wish I were there also! Tracy, I think Neil is pulling your leg......
We're in Seville at the moment and thought you might like to know that the fenced in cars and vans belong to a UK film crew. Tthey seem to be filming at the Inglesia de la Anunciation just off the camera to the left. Not sure what movie or TV program it might be..
It's a fortune tellers conference Tracy.
Evening AllDoes anyone know what the booths are for? I have looked online but can't shed any light.Tracy
