HI, Gert. I watched lots last year and never saw them. Someone here said the camera quality (or speed) has to be really good for us to be able to see them and that this one probably wasn't. I don't know but thought I would pass that along.

According to a site that forecasts when and where you can see the 'Northern Lights' it should be possible to see them now, 9:30 pm local time. But I do not see anything. Anybody know why?

6:10am local time, just watched about 35 boats stream in after a night of fishing, I guess.

    Eat your heart out Mal.
Have just seen about 15 people heading from the red to white buildings.
Also, there were 6 boats on the move in the space of about 5 minutes.
    Certainly looks great there today.
