    I was in Malta last September and just having a look at the road ....they have done a very good job well done Malta ..
    From how I left Malta the way the roads was.... very nice ,great work

    Yes, I remember that webcam, it was quite something to see the water run down towards Msida, you can understand the reason for the warning sirens.

    http://www.maltavista.net/en/webcam/msida This cam did show the flooding in Valley Road from Office block ,on right hand side going into Msida. but it has not worked for years.

    What, do you mean like the Valley Road and Msida. Now that can get very dodgy.
    But again to get a camera anywhere someone has to pay for it.
