Ocean Pearl in the harbour tonight but can't see it. Looking at the photos of her she looks amazing but not my kind of super yatch.
Agree with you Lou. Do you know what the big, looks like a catamaran is in the background this morning. Sorry for the late reply we have been away for the weekend and have some catching up of web cams to do. Right must get on as housework!!!! calls.
boat international is one of my go to sites lol. the 'for sale' section is always good fun to look at. well if i'm going to win the lottery i have to know what size yacht i could afford... right ?? :)
Sorry Lou, just checked out Maria Carla 8, not my type of yacht at all. To shiny grey plastic for my tastes. But she is fast at a cruising speed of 30 knots against Elinor who can only manage (grey interior again) 15 knots So maybe I could overlook the grey plastic. But no I like Mac Brew at the moment!! (Cruising speed 20 knots) and look at all that beautiful wood everywhere. Lovely. Just found boatinternational.com anything and everything about the boat you wish to look up.
"Maria Carla 8" is the dark hulled yacht with the blue lights.... gorgeous.
well if you're chartering "Mac Brew" Catherine, i'll just have to have "Elinor" at €105,000 a week (plus expenses) .... bargain !
Don't forget fuel and tips!!
Just checked out Mac Brew, it is available for charter from 88,000 to 110,000 Euros per week. A snip I think. Now where do I find the booking form LOL. Think I should really get on with my housework.
COOL, when will it be available for I phone users.
Oops don't want to be there today it is very wet.
Today looked lovely on the web cam. Very still and clear, wish I was there. Heavy rain here this morning.
Nice to see the Genoa - Portofino cam back too.
John, fair comment certainly looks different in the light of day and on her own.ill could make do with it i suppose.
Well pat101, how rich do you want ? The yacht with the funnel is MY Taransay, launched this year 2015 at what cost I cannot determine. It is alledged that the owner chartered a 1930's yacht and was so taken with it he commissioned a replica albeit with modern technology. It appears the yacht is not available for charter so the running costs are straight out of the owners wallet.
