John Madsen - just a few minutes around the corner from this view in both directions there are sandy beaches. The beach to the right has a great bar and on our last visit gave us both beers without payment as my wallet had been nicked (it contained 5 euros LOL)and my wife's was in the hotel. We did revisit to pay our debts!

After a disastrous 2 weeks in Madeira when Storm Emma wrecked most of the south coast I'm looking forward to a week at our favourite resort in the Canaries - Puerto! Unfortunately it's 10 months away. I can always look at this picture though

The other Skyline webcam in Puerto, which gave a great view over the harbour, was hosted by Restaurante Cayaya. On a visit yesterday I saw that the restaurant was closed and the business up for sale. It used to be a regular watering hole of mine when in Puerto - sad to see it and the webcam close down. Hopefully both will be back
